- Remove/install shutoff valve bracket - AR20.00-P-0301MCC
- Replace shutoff valve with coolant line - AR20.00-P-0302MCC
- Inspect cooling system for leaks
- Drain/fill in coolant
- Drain, fill drive electric motor coolant - AR20.00-P-1143MEV
- Remove/install coolant pump - AR20.10-P-1271MCU
- Remove/install coolant pump high-voltage battery circuit
- Remove/install belt pulley for the coolant pump - AR20.10-P-1275MCU
- Remove/install electric motor cooling coolant pump
- Remove/install coolant thermostat - AR20.10-P-2460MCU
- Remove/install radiator
- Remove/install radiator air supply ducting - AR20.20-P-6823MEV
- Remove/install coolant line
- Remove/install coolant pipe - AR20.20-P-7450MCU
- Remove/install expansion reservoir - AR20.30-P-4950MCU
- Remove/install electric fan
- Remove/install series resistor for electric fan - AR20.40-P-5001MEX
- Test & Adjustment Values
- Maintenance
- Engine cooling system - check fluid level, adjust to correct level. Inspect anticorrosion/antifreeze protection, adjust to correct concentration
