Remove/install radiator - AR20.20-P-3865MEV

DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

DANGER Risk of death  when touching components on vehicles with high-voltage on-board electrical system Do not touch components and open lines of the high-voltage on-board electrical system. REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove vehicle key and mains plug    
2 Carry out enabling of high voltage system   AR54.10-P-1160MEV
3 Lower and position rear drive module   AR01.00-P-3050MEV
4 Drain drive electric motor coolant   AR20.00-P-1143MEV 
5 Disconnect high voltage connector (2) from high voltage charger control unit    
6 Pull protective cover over high-voltage connector (2) NOTES
Protect the high-voltage connector (2) against dirt and moisture.
Ingressing dirt and moisture can damage the high-voltage connector (2).
SPECIAL TOOL Set of protective caps

7 Disconnect quick-release coupling (3) of coolant line from high voltage charger control unit    
8 Loosen clamp (5) for coolant line (4) and detach coolant line from the electric drive coolant pump and high voltage charger (M46) SPECIAL TOOL Hose clamp pliers Figure
9 Disconnect electrical connection (6) from the fan motor electric drive and high voltage charger (M4/8)    
10 Unclip cooler (1) below out of the air supply ducting (arrow A), push upwards out of the shackles for the air supply ducting and remove from the engine compartment    
11 Loosen clamp (7) and detach coolant line (3) from the cooler (1) When replacing the cooler (1).

12 Loosen screw clamp (8) and detach coolant line (4) from cooler (1) When replacing the cooler (1).  
13 Unclip fan motor electric drive and high voltage charger (M4/8) (arrow B) and remove upwards out of the shackles (arrows C) When replacing the cooler (1).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure that the seals (9) are fixed on the fan shroud.
 
14 Install in the reverse order
