	Remove
1	Completely open crank window on driver door and passenger door	Crank window in driver and passenger door must be open completely. Otherwise panoramic roof (4) is pressed toward the outside by the air pressure when closing a door during the curing time of the adhesive.
2	Remove paneling from left and right A-pillars		AR68.30-P-4050RG
3	Remove left and right paneling from C-pillar		AR68.30-P-4490RG
4	Remove front headliner		AR68.30-P-7607RG
5	Remove roller sun blind from rear panoramic roof		AR77.21-P-0205RG
6	Unclip left and right roof trim strip	Mounting wedge	Fig 1
7	Mask all paint surfaces adjacent to panoramic roof (4) with protective foil Protect paint surfaces against damage and contamination.	Otherwise scratches or score marks as well as contamination when applying the adhesive material can occur when cutting the adhesive seam or removing or inserting the panoramic roof (4).
8	Cut out seal strip (1) on panoramic roof (4) between panoramic roof (4) and windshield (2) (area A)	Carefully cut out seal strip (1). Otherwise the seal on the windshield (2) can be damaged. Always replace panoramic roof (4) by cutting seal strip (1). If seal on windshield (2) is damaged ↓ Replace windshield (2)	AR67.10-P-1000RG
9	Open liftgate and guide cutting wire (3) at point (B) through adhesive connection (crosshatched area)	Commercially available tools: Cutting wire
10	Cut adhesive connection (crosshatched surface) at starting point (B) in direction of arrow to end point (C)	Carefully cut adhesive connection (crosshatched area). Otherwise the body can be damaged. Helper required.
11	Lift panoramic roof (4) with cup suction tools and remove	Helper required.
	Preparation
12	Prepare body flange for installation	Before starting work, all components, materials and tools must be prepared for installing the rear panoramic roof (4). Otherwise it may not be possible to maintain permissible processing and joining times.	AR77.21-P-0800-05RG
13	Prepare frame of panoramic roof (4) for installation	Always replace panoramic roof (4).	AR77.21-P-0800-02RG
	Install
14	Apply adhesive for panoramic roof (4) to body flange		AR67.10-P-1000-08P
		Apply adhesive to vehicle body flange within 25 min. Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection (crosshatched area) can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.	AR77.21-P-0800-03RG

15		Install panoramic roof (4) on body flange with cup suction tool and align according to gap dimensions and fix in place After applying the adhesive materials, install panoramic roof (4) within 10 min. on body flange and fix in place in its final installation potion. Otherwise required adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured. Do not drive vehicle for 10 h after gluing in panoramic roof (4). Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection (crosshatched area) can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.	AR60.00-P-0700-01RG

16	Remove protective foils from roof	After curing time of adhesive material.
17	Clip left drip rail and right drip rail into roof	After curing time of adhesive material.
18	Clip paneling into left and right panoramic roof in vehicle interior and install all detachable parts on roller sun blind or check for proper installation	After curing time of adhesive material. The roller sun blind is included in the package contents of the panoramic roof (4).	AR77.21-P-0205RG
19	Install rear headliner	After curing time of adhesive material.	AR68.30-P-7608RG
20	Install front headliner	After curing time of adhesive material.	AR68.30-P-7607RG
21	Install paneling on left and right C-pillars	After curing time of adhesive material.	AR68.30-P-4490RG
22	Install paneling on left and right A-pillars	After curing time of adhesive material.	AR68.30-P-4050RG
