Rear Washer Hose Removal/Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
Remove the front over fender. (See FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the mudguard (RH). (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Disconnect the rear washer hose A from the washer motor.

Remove the rear washer hose A from the washer tank hook.
Remove the rear washer hose A from clips A.
Disconnect the rear washer hose A from the joint pipe A and remove it.
Disconnect the rear washer hose B from the joint pipe A.
Remove the rear washer hose B from clips A and B.
Remove the front scuff plate (RH). (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the front side trim (RH). (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the dashboard under cover. (See DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the sunroof seaming welt (with sunroof system) (See SUNROOF UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the A pillar trim. (See A-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the grommet from the body.
Disconnect the rear washer hose B from the joint pipe B and remove it.

Disconnect the rear washer hose C from the joint pipe B.
Remove the following parts:
1. Front map light (See MAP LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Sunvisor (See SUNVISOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Front scuff plate (LH) (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Rear scuff plate (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. B-pillar lower trim (See B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
6. Adjust anchor cover (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
7. Upper anchor installation bolt on the seat belt (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
8. B-pillar upper trim (See B-PILLAR UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
9. Assist handle (See ASSIST HANDLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
10. Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
11. Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
12. Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
13. Trunk side trim (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
14. D-pillar trim (See D-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
15. C-pillar trim (See C-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
16. Headliner (See HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the tape and clips shown in the figure.
Without sunroof

With sunroof

Remove the rear washer hose C.
Disconnect the rear washer hose D from the joint pipe C.

Remove the liftgate upper trim. (See LIFTGATE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Partially peel the liftgate grommet in the direction of arrow shown in the figure, and remove the liftgate grommet from the inner liftgate grommet.

Using a tape-wrapped precision flathead screwdriver, press the inner liftgate grommet tabs in the directions of arrows (1) and (2) shown in the figure and remove each inner liftgate grommet from the liftgate and vehicle side in the direction of arrow (3).

Disconnect the rear washer hose D from the rear washer nozzle and remove it.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
