TECHNICAL INFORMATION
With the ignition off and the high-voltage safety plug disconnected, the Check Control message "High voltage system faulty" is displayed by default.
The message "High-voltage system switched off" (absence of voltage) is only displayed when the ignition is switched on.

Remove the left wiring harness section for sensor system 1

RISK OF DAMAGE
Damage to wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
Sheared wires can cause a short circuit.

- Do not pull on wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the charging pressure sensor on intake plenum.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the oil-level sensor.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the solenoid valve.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the crankshaft sensor.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the oil pressure switch.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the coolant temperature sensor.
- Unlock the connector of the knock sensors and pull off.
- Release the clamps (arrows).
- Guide out the wiring harness section for sensor system 1 (1) and place to one side.

- Unlock and pull off the connector for the charging pressure sensor on the charge air line.
- Unlock and pull off the connector for the charge-air temperature sensor on the charge air line.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the throttle body.
- Unlock and pull off the connector of the heat management module.
- Unlock and pull off the electric coolant pump connector.
- Feed out the wiring harness section for sensor system 1 (1) and remove.

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

- Feed in and install wiring harness section for the sensor system 1 (1).
- Connect and lock the connector of the charging pressure sensor on the charge air line.
- Connect and lock the connector of the charge-air temperature sensor on the charge air line.
- Connect and lock the connector for the throttle body.
- Connect and lock the connector for the heat management module.
- Connect and lock the connector of the electric coolant pump.
The connectors must engage audibly.

- Connect and lock the connector for the charging pressure sensor from the intake plenum.
- Connect and lock the connector for the oil-level sensor.

- Connect and lock the connector for the oil pressure switch.
- Connect and lock the connector for the coolant temperature sensor.
- Connect and lock the connectors for the knock sensors.
