Installing clean air pipe

Prepare clean air pipe 

• Check the sealing ring of the clean air tube on top for damage and replace if necessary.

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Checking clean air pipe for cleanliness, and clean of oil residue.

• Check sealing ring for damage at the exhaust camshaft sensor, replace if necessary.

• Checking clean air pipe for cleanliness, and clean of oil residue.

• Feed in clean air pipe (4)  and install.

  The clamp (3)  on the exhaust turbocharger must engage audibly.

• Connect tank ventilation line (2)  and lock.

  The tank ventilation line (2)  must engage audibly.

• Connect engine ventilation line (1)  and lock.

  The engine ventilation line (1)  must engage audibly.
