Removing the intake plenum

NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
With the ignition off and the high-voltage safety plug disconnected, the Check Control message "High voltage system faulty" is displayed by default.
The message "High-voltage system switched off" (absence of voltage) is only displayed when the ignition is switched on.

- Unlock the coolant return line (1)
with the screwdriver (2)
and pull it off.
- Release the coolant return line at the clamp (1) from the intake plenum.
- Unscrew the bolts (2) and set the engine wiring harness aside.
- Unlock coolant line (3) and pull off from intake plenum.
- Unlock connector (1)
and pull off.
- Unclip engine wiring harness in the marked area.
- Unlock the holder (2) and set the wiring harness section (3) for the injectors aside.
- Detach the tank ventilation line (4) in the marked area from the intake plenum.
- Detach the tank ventilation line (1)
in the marked area.
- Unlock the tank ventilation line (2) and pull it from the intake plenum.
- Unscrew the bolt (3)
and guide the tank ventilation line (4)
out.
- Unlock and pull off the connectors (1)
and (2).
- Unlock and pull off the coolant feed line (1).
- Unlock the clamp (2).
NOTE:

Additional coolant can leakage. Make sure that no coolant enters the intake port of the cylinder head.

- Loosen screws in the order (5) to (1).
- Feed out intake plenum.

- Ignition is switched off.

- Unlock the coolant return line (1)

and pull it off.
- Release the coolant return line at the clamp (1) from the intake plenum.
- Unscrew the bolts (2) and set the engine wiring harness aside.
- Unlock coolant line (3)
and pull off from intake plenum.
- Unlock connector (1) and pull off.
- Unclip engine wiring harness in the marked area.
- Unlock the holder (2) and set the wiring harness section (3) for the injectors aside.

- Detach the tank ventilation line (1) in the marked area.
- Unlock the tank ventilation line (2) and pull it from the intake plenum.
- Unscrew the bolt (3)

out.
- Unlock and pull off the connectors (1)
and (2).
- Unlock and pull off the coolant feed line (1).
- Unlock the clamp (2).
