Installing the intake plenum

• Replace gaskets (1).

• Position the intake plenum.
• Tighten screws in the order (1)  to (5).

• Position holder (3). 
• Attach the coolant feed line (2)  in the clamp.
• Tighten the screws (1).

• Lock clamp (2). 
• Connect the coolant feed line (1).

• Correctly route the wiring harness and connect the connectors (1)  and (2).

• Position tank ventilation line (4). 
• Tighten down screw (3). 

• Connect the tank ventilation line (2). 
• Clip in the tank ventilation line (1)  in the marked area.

• Attach the tank ventilation line (4)  in the indicated area.
• Position the wiring harness section (3)  for the injectors and clip it into the holder (2). 
• Clip in engine wiring harness in the marked area.
• Connect connector (1).

• Lock and connect the coolant line (3). 
• Correctly route the engine wiring harness and secure it with the bolts (2). 

• Clip the coolant return line in at the clamp (1).

• Lock the coolant return line (1)  and connect it to the intake plenum.
