- Check cooling system for leaks
- Cooling system test pressurization
- Drain the coolant
- Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses
- Remove the upper AC-condenser screws
- Remove the lower AC-condenser screws
- Remove the radiator
- Install the radiator
- Tighten the radiator/air conditioning (A/C) condenser
- Install the radiator hoses and engine cooling fan (FC)
- Top up coolant
- Coolant-temperature sensor location
- Check/replacing thermostat
- Replacing coolant pump
- Replacing drive belts/belt tensioner auxiliary equipment
- Replacing engine cooling fan (FC)
- Replacing the charge air cooler (CAC)
- Check or replacing cooling system
