| 5 | Remove right air filter housing | AR09.10-P-1150MNA | |
| 6 | Detach hoses (22) at left and right charge air cooler (6, 1) | Figure | |
| 7 | Remove fan unit | AR20.40-P-5050MNA | |
| 8 | Detach both coolant hoses on full-flow radiator | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Detach both coolant hoses at radiator for low-temperature water circuit | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Disconnect electrical connection on pressure sensor of the condenser of the A/C | AR83.30-P-6540LWA | |
| 11 | Detach both refrigerant lines at condenser and close off openings with grommets | AR83.30-P-6540LWA | |

| 13 | Remove radiator package completely upwards | ||
| 14 | Detach low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir () and place to one side with connected hoses | AR09.41-P-0001MNA | |
| 15 | Remove coolant line (11) | AR20.20-P-7442MNA | |
| 16 | Disconnect engine wiring harness (9) | AR01.00-P-2410-02MNA | |
| 17 | Detach purge line (4) from the right charge air cooler (1) | ||
| 18 | Unclip vacuum line (8) on right charge air cooler (1) and place to one side | ||
| 19 | Unclip vent line (2) at lower low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir | ||
| 20 | Unfasten mounting clamp of the charge air hose (18) on right charge air cooler (1) | ||
| 21 | Unfasten mounting clamp of the charge air hose (19) on left charge air cooler (6) | ||
| 22 | Unfasten mounting clamps on right throttle valve actuator (20) and left throttle valve actuator (21) | ||
| 23 | Open clamp (3) and push in the direction of the left charge air cooler (1) | ||

| 25 | Detach purge line on bracket of left charge air cooler (6) | *BA09.41-P-1009-01X | |
