Drain/fill low-temperature circuit coolant - AR09.41-P-6834MNA

DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

DANGER Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof. No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
NOTES Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LW
  Drain off     
2 Unscrew cap (1) on the upper low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir (2)    
3 Carefully detach coolant hose (3) at lower low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir (4) and drain off coolant IMPORTANT Collect coolant in a suitable container. AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
  Pour in     
4 Mount coolant hose (3) again   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5 Pour in coolant and low-temperature circuit (4) IMPORTANT Use clean coolant. AR20.00-P-1142-04A

INSPECT Check     
6 Check low-temperature circuit for leaktightness   AR09.41-P-1011MNA 
7 Tighten down cap (1) on upper low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir (2)    
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8 Perform an engine test run and check cooling system for proper operation    
INSTALLING Install     
9 Install lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LW
