Remove/install boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve - AR09.41-P-0003MNA

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Remove coolant line to low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir When removing left-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8) AR20.20-P-7442MNA
1.2 Remove right air filter housing When removing right-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9)  
2 Remove screw/bolts (1, 2) When removing left-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8)  
3 Unclip engine wiring harness (3) at left cylinder head cover When removing left-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8)  
4.1 Detach engine wiring harness (3) and place to one side When removing right-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9) AR01.00-P-2410-02MNA
4.2 Press engine wiring harness (3) to the side When removing left-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8)  
5.1 Remove screw/bolts (4) When removing right-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9)  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, boost pressure sensor upstream/downstream of throttle valve *BA09.41-P-1005-01X 
5.2 Remove screw/bolts (5) When removing left-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8)
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, boost pressure sensor upstream/downstream of throttle valve
*BA09.41-P-1005-01X 
6.1 Separate Electrical connections (6) When removing right-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9)  
6.2 Disconnect electrical connections (7) When removing left-hand boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8)  
7 Remove left boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8) or right boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9) upwards    
INSPECT Check     
8 Check O-ring of left boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8) or right boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9) for damage In case of damage on the O-ring

Remove left boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (8) or right boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (9)
 
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Connect diagnostic system and read out fault memory    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11 Perform an engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leaktightness
