| 2 | Remove left engine intake air duct (2) | ||
| 3 | Remove screw/bolts (3) and engine wiring harness on left and right and left charge air cooler | ||
| 4 | Remove screw/bolts (4) and engine wiring harness on take off right cylinder head cover | *BA15.18-P-1001-01G | |
| 5 | Remove hoses (5) | Figure | |
| 6 | Unclip vacuum line at right on charge air cooler and place to one side | When removing right-hand divert air switchover valve (7) | |
| 7 | Separate electrical connections (6) | ||
| 8 | Remove screw/bolts on right or left divert air switchover valve (7) | *BA09.41-P-1012-01X | |
| 9 | Take out the right or left divert air switchover valve (7) in the upward direction | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 11 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary | ||
