| 6 | Detach hoses (19) at left and right charge air cooler (1, 2) | Figure | |
| 7 | Remove fan unit | AR20.40-P-5050MNA | |
| 8 | Detach both coolant hoses on full-flow radiator | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Detach both coolant hoses at radiator for low-temperature water circuit | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Disconnect electrical connection on pressure sensor of the condenser of the A/C | AR83.30-P-6540LWA | |
| 11 | Detach both refrigerant lines at condenser and close off openings with grommets | AR83.30-P-6540LWA | |

| 17 | Disconnect cable tie (4) | ||
| 18 | Detach purge line (8) on bracket (9) | *BA09.41-P-1009-01X | |
| 19 | Open clamp (6) and push in the direction of the right charge air cooler (2) | Figure | |
| 20 | Unfasten mounting clamp of the charge air hose (11) on right charge air cooler (2) | ||
| 21 | Unfasten mounting clamp of the charge air hose (17) on left charge air cooler (1) | ||
