Feeder Line Inspection
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the following parts:
- Front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear scuff plate (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- B-pillar lower trim (See B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Adjuster anchor cover (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Upper anchor of the front seat belt (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- B-pillar upper trim (See B-PILLAR UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Sub-trunk (See SUB-TRUNK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Third-row seat (See THIRD-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Third-row seat belt lower anchor installation bolt (See THIRD-ROW SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Cargo compartment light (See CARGO COMPARTMENT LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Trunk side trim (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Second-row seat belt upper anchor installation bolt (See SECOND-ROW SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- C-pillar trim (See C-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Assist handle (See ASSIST HANDLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Roof antenna (See ROOF ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Verify that there is no continuity between the roof antenna terminals A, C and E (with AM/FM/SIRIUS type only) using an ohmmeter.
- If there is continuity, replace the roof antenna.
- Install the roof antenna. (See ROOF ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Inspect for continuity between the roof antenna terminals using an ohmmeter.
- If the continuity is not as indicated in the table, verify the roof antenna installation nut and antenna rod installation condition.
- If the roof antenna installation nut and antenna rod installation condition is normal, replace the roof antenna.
