Installing the refrigerant line between the air conditioning compressor and condenser

Replace O-rings.
Parts : O-rings
Completely thread in refrigerant line (1) and position correctly.

Position refrigerant lines (2) at the top on the air conditioning compressor.

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Refrigerant line on air conditioning compressor
M8	tightening torque	19 Nm

Correctly position the air conditioning compressor (2).

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

M10	Tightening torque	38 Nm

Place refrigerant line (2) on the condenser (3).

Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

In Version A:
Push the air conditioning condenser (1) downwards and engage the latch mechanisms (2).

In Version A:
Attach the retaining strap (1).

Engage the hose support (2).

In Version B:
Push the condenser (1) in direction of arrow and insert with guides (2).

Slide in the condenser (2) from top downwards.

Engage latch mechanisms (1) on left and right.

Position refrigerant line (2).

Tighten down screw (1).

M6	tightening torque	8 Nm
