Connecting the battery earth lead

Mount battery earth lead (3) on the negative battery terminal.

Tighten nut (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Battery terminal clamp with IBS positive battery terminal/negative battery terminal
Nut M6	Tightening torque	5 Nm

Connect the connector (1) to the IBS and lock it audibly.
Installing front windshield panel cover
Guide in and install the front fairing panel cover (2) in the rear fairing panel cover (3).
Ensure the front fairing panel cover (2) is seated correctly.
Secure expanding rivet (1).

Installing the rear hood seal

Install the hood seal (1) and make sure it has a correct fit.
