1	Move drivers seat toward rear
2	Remove left front and rear door sill
			AR68.30-P-4100EW
3	Loosen left front edge guard in the area of the A-pillar cover and in the area of the door sill
4	Remove left A-pillar cover in footwell
5	Remove cover below left of instrument panel
6	Detach center console
			AR68.20-P-2000EW
		Do not detach wiring harnesses.
7	Remove left front floor covering in footwell
8	Release COMAND controller unit
			AR82.60-P-7502EW
		Do not detach wiring harnesses.
9	Remove trim in cargo area
			AR68.30-P-1180ES
10	Remove handle strip for liftgate	Remove trunk lid trim assembly. The trunk lid handle strip is no longer required.
11	Remove seat cushion in the rear
		Vehicles without CODE 224 (Design individual rear seat system)	AR91.12-P-1020CW
12	Fold down backrest in rear
13	Remove trim at left next to the rear seat (2)
14	Remove headliner
	Install
15	Retrofit reversing camera power supply module		AN54.65-P-0030-06ES
16	Retrofit wiring harness and reversing camera (B84/3)		AN54.65-P-0030-03ESA

17	Install remaining parts
18	Enter special equipment in online vehicle data card via vehicle documentation system (VeDoc)	Add:  CODE 218 (Reversing camera)
19	Document retrofitted equipment in VeDoc	Attach a note "Reversing camera retrofitted as per AN54.65-P-0030ES " under field organization texts for DG 54.
20	Connect diagnostic system and select vehicle using vehicle identification number (VIN)

21	Perform variant coding with XENTRY using the software calibration number (SCN)	Variant coding must be carried out with XENTRY using the SCN for the following control unit: "Front SAM with fuse and relay module" "Central gateway (CGW)" "COMAND controller unit"
