Disassembly [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR NAME PLATE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
  2. REMOVE REAR BODY NO. 3 NAME PLATE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
  3. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

      1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the claws and guides to remove the door pull handle.
      2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BASE

      1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the claws and guides to remove the back door trim base.
  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER

      1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the claw and guides to remove the back door lock cover.
  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH (w/o Digital Inner Mirror)

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction (1)
      Remove in this Direction (2) - -
  7. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH WITH NO. 2 BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (w/ Digital Inner Mirror)

      1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the claws and guides to remove the back door service hole cover.
  12. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Back Door Speaker)

  14. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK WITH COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  15. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  16. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  17. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10
  18. REMOVE HOLE PLUG

  19. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH
