Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH (w/o Digital Inner Mirror) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH WITH NO. 2 BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (w/ Digital Inner Mirror) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  3. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SIDE PROTECTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Place Hand Here - -
      1. Put protective tape around the rear spoiler side protector sub-assembly LH.
      2. Open the back door and remove the screw.
      3. Place your hand at the positions shown in the illustration and detach the clip as shown in the illustration.

      1. Detach the clip and remove the rear spoiler side protector sub-assembly LH.
  4. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SIDE PROTECTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  5. REMOVE HOLE PLUG

  6. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction Connector
      Bolt - -
      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
      2. Remove the bolt and detach the guide.
      3. Remove the 6 bolts.
      4. Close the back door and put protective tape around the rear spoiler sub-assembly.
      5. Detach the pin and remove the rear spoiler sub-assembly.
