  • Shortcut soft keys set to off after operating the Clear all  soft key on the 'Home menu shortcuts' screen
  • Set the shortcut soft keys to on by navigating to the home screen and operating the following soft keys: Setup, System, Home menu shortcuts, Default  . The default shortcut soft keys will now be available on the home screen. The shortcut soft keys can be customised as necessary
Poor audio quality (all sources)
  • MOST harness connections loose
  • MOST harness connections contaminated
  • MOST harness misrouted - Too many bends or bend radius less than 25mm
  • Audio amplifier system fault
  • Check MOST harness connectors for security
  • Check MOST harness connectors for contamination

  • The vehicle must have clear line of sight to a satellite, which means being outside and having no blockages between the vehicle and the satellite
  • Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, check the Satellite Radio Control Module (SRCM) for related DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index

  • Audio streaming is supported via the USB cable but this must be connected after the cellular phone connects via Bluetooth® - Best practice is to start the engine (causing the Bluetooth® connection to be made) before connecting the USB cable

SYMPTOM ACTION
The "InControl™ Apps Not Available" pop-up is displayed when the InControl™ Apps key is pressed from the home screen displayed on the touch screen GO to Pinpoint Test D .
There is only a black screen shown when attempting to access InControl™ Apps GO to Pinpoint Test E .
The customer reports that when InControl™ Apps key is pressed on the touch screen the 'Not Connected' screen is seen and their phone/device does not connect to InControl™ Apps GO to Pinpoint Test F .
A connection to the customer's device is established as soon as it is connected to the portable audio interface panel USB port, without the InControl™ Apps key being pressed on the touch screen GO to Pinpoint Test G .
'Auto Connect' does not work when a phone/device is connected to the appropriate portable audio interface panel port GO to Pinpoint Test H .
The customer is unable to make phone calls through InControl™ Apps GO to Pinpoint Test I .
Nothing is heard when audio applications are used in InControl™ Apps GO to Pinpoint Test J .
The 'Next' button remains greyed out in the software update screen when a USB stick is connected GO to Pinpoint Test K .
