Installing wiring harness for sensor system of cylinder bank 2

Installing the Cylinder Bank 2 sensor wiring harness
Wiring harness for sensor system of cylinder bank 2, right
- Position the Cylinder Bank 2 sensor wiring harness and insert.
- Connect the Cylinder Bank 2 sensor wiring harness to the Cylinder Bank 1 sensor wiring harness at the snap-in lug (2) and lock.
- Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
- Connect the wiring harness bracket at the area (1)
and lock.
- Fasten the wiring harnesses in the bracket in the area (2) .
- Install wiring harness mounting (1) .

- Connect and lock tank vent line (1)

- Connect connector (1) of electric coolant pump for the feed line, and lock.
- Slightly pull the holder (1) to the front.
- Insert the wiring harness (2)
downward.
- Tighten down screw (3) .

- Secure the wiring harness mounting (2) .
- Connect the connector (4) of the intake VANOS solenoid actuator and lock it.
- Connect the connector (1) of the exhaust VANOS solenoid actuator and lock it.
- Secure the wiring harness mounting (2) .
- Connect connector (1) of tank vent valve of cylinder bank 2 and lock.
- Connect the connector (2) of the knock sensors and lock it.
- Fix wiring harness fasteners (1)

- Connect the connector (1) of the Valvetronic servomotor and lock it.
- Connect the connector (2)
of the pressure sensor and lock it.
- Position cable lugs (2) and (3) .
- Tighten down screw (4) .

- Tighten down screw (5) .

- Connect the connector (1) of the intake camshaft sensor of cylinder bank 2 and lock it.
- Tighten down screws (2) .

- Connect wiring harness of the integrated power supply module (PDM) at the snap-in lug (1)
and lock.
- Connect the connector (5) of the transmission wiring harness and lock it.
- Connect the connector (4) of the exhaust camshaft sensor of the cylinder bank 2 and lock it.
- Connect the connector (3) of the high pressure pump of the cylinder bank 2 and lock it.
- Connect the connector (2) of the oxygen sensor monitor of the cylinder bank 2 and lock it.
- Connect connector (1)
at exhaust turbocharger of cylinder bank 2 and lock.
- Position the holder with the wiring harness for the sensor system.
- Connect connectors (3) and lock.
- Attach the coolant ventilation line in the area (1) .
- Tighten down screws (2) .

- Connect the connector (1) of the rail pressure sensor and lock it.

- Clip the wiring harness (2) into the clamps (1).
- Installing cable duct at cylinder bank 1.
- Position the conduit (2).
- Tighten the screws (1).
