US version only: Installing holder on left and right below the radiator

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Loosen screw (2) from the deformation element (1) .

Release and remove tensioning strap 0 496 080 (33 5 206) .
Correctly position external radiator (1) at the top holder (2) .

Correctly position bottom holder (2) on the external radiator.
Tighten the screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Holder for the external radiator on front axle support
screw	Tightening torque	19 Nm

Installing the front section of the front wheel arch cover

NOTE: To provide a better overview: Schematic diagram with partially hidden components.

Guide in the front section (1) of the front wheel arch cover.
Tighten screws (arrows).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Wheel arch cover
screw	Tightening torque	3 Nm
Plastic nut	Tightening torque	2.6 Nm
