Preliminary work

  1. Remove carpet. → 704119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CARPET
  2. Remove insulating mat under the rear seat.
  3. Release and disconnect electric plug connection on gateway control unit. → 903519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING GATEWAY CONTROL UNIT
  4. Release and disconnect electric plug connection on fuel pump control unit. → 207019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONTROL UNIT FOR FUEL PUMP
  5. Remove glove compartment. → 681519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING GLOVE COMPARTMENT
  6. Remove front side-section trim panel at the right. → 702419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT SIDE-SECTION TRIM PANEL
  7. Remove rear inner door sill trim at the right. → 680519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR INNER DOOR SILL TRIM
  8. Remove PCM display and operator control unit. → 911019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PCM DISPLAY AND OPERATOR CONTROL UNIT
  9. Disconnect electric plug connection on airbag triggering unit. → 695319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TRIGGERING UNIT FOR AIRBAG

    Vehicles with KESSY 

  10. Disconnect electric plug connection for KESSY antenna at the right door entry guard and expose electric line. → 966719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING KESSY ANTENNA

    Vehicles with auxiliary heating 

  11. Disconnect electric plug connection on fuel pump for auxiliary heating and expose electric line. → 824519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FUEL PUMP FOR AUXILIARY HEATING
