Removing control unit for fuel pump

NOTE: Voltage peaks

Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit

→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Screw off fastening nuts -1 - and remove control unit for fuel pump -2- from the body.

- Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work .
- Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation .
- Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts .
Release electric plug connection -1- (-a- ) and disconnect it from the fuel pump control unit -2- .
