	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

	Remove
1	Prepare 1-component adhesive	: Heating time is approx. 60 minutes.	AR67.10-P-1000-12SX

2	Open side window in driver door	The side window of the driver door should remain open during the curing time. Otherwise the windshield (1) can be pressed toward outside by the air when a door is closed.
3	Remove water repellent		AR88.85-P-2100RT
4	Remove air-water duct		AR83.25-P-1402GQ
5	Disconnect electrical connection (2)
6	Fix electrical line for windshield (1) in place on outside of windshield (1) with suitable duct tape
7	Remove paneling from A-pillars		AR68.30-P-4050GQC
8	Remove inside rearview mirror		AR68.40-P-0001GQA
9	Remove rain/light sensor		AR82.30-P-7800GQC

16	Transfer detachable parts on windshield (1)	Use new windshield (1) depending on version.

21	Apply adhesive material	Install windshield (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material to body flange. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.	AR67.10-P-1000-08P
