Align Windshield In Body Opening - AR67.10-P-1000-09GQC

Before applying adhesive bead (2), place windshield (1) on rubber window spacers and align in body opening.

1. Install cup suction tool on windshield (1).
2. Place windshield (1) down on windshield rubber spacers on body flange with aid of helper.
3. Align windshield (1) on top edge of roof (3).

   Adjust distance (a) with feeler gauge and center distance on A-pillar.

4. Glue on strips of adhesive tape (arrows).
5. Cut through adhesive strips (arrows) at top of windshield (1).

   Do not remove strips of adhesive tape (arrows).

6. Remove windshield (1) from vehicle.
