Cut Out Windows With Roll Out - AR67.10-P-1000-11SX

MODEL ALL (4xWD, CAR, Light transporter) 

Course of cutting wire and position illustration of suction cup winches 

1. Cut the cutting wire off the roll.

   The longitudinal dimension is approximately four times the diagonal of the window.

2. Insert pipe probe through bonding from outside.
3. Insert cutting wire from outside and remove pipe probe.
4. Slide cutting wire into the outer gap between the window and the flange.

   Slide the cutting wire under the sealing lips of the window.

   Otherwise irreparable damage will be caused to the sealing lips.

5. Punch pipe probe from inside through the bonding, insert remaining cutting wire from outside and remove pipe probe.
6. Secure the outside of the window to the body with adhesive strips.

   The window will come away suddenly while being cut out.

   Damage to the paint and flange will occur.

7. Fasten suction cup winches to the inside of the window and wind up the cutting wire in the direction of the arrow.

   Reposition suction cup winches as per the picture sequence once cutting point has reached the area of the circular marking (arrows).

   Otherwise, the cutting wire will tear.

   Use soapy water as lubricant.

   Check continuously whether cutting wire is routed outside under sealing lip and does not cut off any cables on the inside.

   Incorrectly routed cutting wire will cause irreparable damage to a reusable window.

8. Remove suction cup winches after reaching the end position, fasten to the outside of the window, and lift the window out of the flange.
