      Remove in this Direction - -
  13. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE

      1. Remove the bolt and No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  14. REMOVE LIQUID HOSE A

      1. Remove the bolt and liquid hose A.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the liquid hose A.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  15. REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A

      1. Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A using the following procedure.

        1. Using a union nut wrench, loosen the nut and remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

        2. Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  16. REMOVE COOLER MAGNET VALVE ASSEMBLY

      1. Using a union nut wrench, loosen the nut and remove the cooler magnet valve assembly.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  17. REMOVE COOL BOX BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  18. REMOVE COOLER (COOL BOX) EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    When the cooler (cool box) evaporator sub-assembly is removed, make sure to install a new one. The cooler (cool box) evaporator sub-assembly cannot be reused.
