Rear Seat Cushion Heater Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe with HP2) or Rear Seat Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) or Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) or Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalde with Bucket Seat) .
  2. Remove the recliner handle. Refer to Rear Seat Recliner Handle Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) .
  3. Remove the outer finish cover. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement (with ARS) .
  4. Remove the inner finish cover. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Inner Panel Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) or Rear Seat Cushion Inner Panel Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) .
  5. Remove the cushion lower trim cover. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) or Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) or Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) .
1 Rear Seat Cushion Cover
Tip: 
  1. Disconnect the seat cushion cover j-channel from the seat cushion frame.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Pull the seat cushion cover away from the seat cushion pad to disengage the retaining channel.
