A single power window is inoperative - driver front power window is inoperative/does not operate correctly	Power window motor regulator and motor. Circuitry. Window control switch. Central junction box (CJB). Generic electronic module (GEM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST A .
The one-touch down feature is inoperative	One-touch down (OTD) relay. Circuitry. Driver window control switch. Central junction box (CJB). Generic electronic module (GEM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST B .
The defrost system is inoperative	Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 11 (50A) (sedan only). Central junction box (CJB) fuse(s): 7 (40A). 32 (10A). Circuitry. CJB rear window defrost relay. Relay center box 1 rear window defrost relay. (sedan only) Rear window defrost grid. Generic electronic module (GEM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST C .
The defrost system will not shut off automatically	CJB rear window defrost relay. Relay center box 1 rear window defrost relay (sedan only). Circuitry. Generic electronic module (GEM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST D .
The delay accessory does not turn off	Delay accessory relay. Circuitry. Central junction box (CJB). Generic electronic module (GEM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST E .
The delay accessory is inoperative	Central junction box (CJB) fuse 10 (30A). Delay accessory relay. Circuitry. Central junction box (CJB). Generic electronic module (GEM).	Go To PINPOINT TEST F .
A single power window is inoperative - passenger front, left rear or right rear	Central junction box (CJB) fuse(s): 10 (30A) 26 (10A) Power window motor regulator and motor. Circuitry Window control switch.	Go To PINPOINT TEST G .
