Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 4 -G648-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing, refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 4
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
Particulate Filter
Primary Catalytic Converter
Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 3 -G495-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing, refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 3
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
- Pay attention to the installed position
Catalyst Temperature Sensor l -G20-
- 45 Nm
- For engine with emissions standard BIN 5
- Removing and installing, refer to CATALYST TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
- Pay attention to the installed position
Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 2 -G448-
- 45 Nm
- For engine with emissions standard BIN 5
- Removing and installing, refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 2
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
- Pay attention to the installed position
Nut
- Tightening specifications, refer to FASTENER TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
NOX sensor -G295-
- Removing and installing, refer to Removal and Installation
Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) -G39- with Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Heater -Z19-
- Removing and installing, refer to Removal and Installation
Turbocharger
Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 1 -G235-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing, refer to EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 -G450-
Nut
Pressure Line for the differential pressure sensor -G505-
- 23 Nm
- Clip to the particulate filter
- Secure with standard production clamps.
NOx Sensor 2 -G687-
- Removing and installing, refer to Removal and Installation
Nut
- Tightening specifications, refer to FASTENER TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
