Section 140 (Transmission & Right-Hand Drive Shaft Seal - Removal & Installation (644 Body))

- Gearbox, fitting

- Position the gearbox against the engine
- Secure the gearbox to the engine
- Attach the gearbox mounting to the side of the body.
- Remove the lifting brace
- Fit the retaining bolts to the top side of the gearbox
- Fit the starter motor
- Fit the left-hand drive shaft
- Secure the wheel axle to the shock absorber.
- Connect the lead to the reversing light switch
- Connect the gearbox ground cable
- Fit the right-hand drive shaft and speedometer cable to the gearbox
- Fit the wheel
- Fit the gear selector rod
- Fit the central longitudinal member
- Fit the heat shield
- Fill the gearbox with oil
- Fit the left-hand engine cover
- Fit the front engine protector
- Fit the pulse sensor
- Fit the hydraulic clutch cylinder to the gearbox
- Fit the air filter
- Fit the inlet air hose
- Fit

- Gearbox, RH drive shaft seal, changing
- Gearbox, fitting
