1. Remove the bolt and engine oil level dipstick guide.

2. Remove the O-ring from the engine oil level dipstick guide.

1. Remove the 4 bolts and engine mounting bracket RH.

1. Using a 8 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the screw plug.

1. Remove the 18 bolts, nut and 2 wire harness clamp brackets.

2. Remove the timing chain cover by prying between the timing chain cover and oil pan, cylinder head or cylinder block with a screwdriver.

   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the contact surfaces of the timing chain cover, oil pan, cylinder block, and cylinder head.

   HINT: 

   Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the cylinder block and oil pan.

1. Using a screwdriver and wooden block, remove the oil pump seal.
