5	Detach coolant hoses (11, 12, 13, 17) at the radiator (1)	Check coolant hoses (11, 12, 13, 17) and hose connectors for damage; replace if necessary.

10	Unclip electrical connection (6) and disconnect	ENGINE 276 in MODEL 212.095/195
11	Clip off lower air duct segment on cooler (1)	ENGINE 276 in MODEL 212 (except 212.095/195), 218
12	Unclip condenser from cooler (1) and lift out	ENGINE 276 in MODEL 212 (except 212.095/195), 218
13	Unhook cooler (1) on the holders (8) and secure radiator package with cable tie against falling down	ENGINE 276 in MODEL 212.095/195 The radiator package consists of an oil cooler, low-temperature circuit cooler and condenser.
14	Take out radiator (1) in an upward direction	MODEL 212.095/195 Swivel the cooler (1) to the left side downwards and remove upwards.
	Check
15	Check radiator (1) for signs of damage	Only when reusing the radiator (1).
16	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
17	Perform an engine test run and check engine cooling system for proper operation
