Remove securing clamp (2a) from connector (2)

Before opening the hydraulic system, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point.

Even minute particles of dirt in the hydraulic components can result in malfunctions and total failure of the hydraulic system.

Detach dust cap (3) and push back along oil line (1) until connector (2) is accessible.
Position a suitable tool (e.g. hook) at one end of the retaining clamp (2a) and pull the retaining clamp (2a) off the connector (2).
Disconnect oil line (1)
Pull oil line (1) out of connector (2).
Seal off the line connections using stop plugs.
Pull dust cap (3) off oil line (1).

Attach securing clamp (2a) to connector (2)

The securing clamp (2a) must not be pushed straight over the connector (2). The securing clamp (2a) will otherwise be overstretched and a correct sealing of the line connection can no longer be assured.

The securing clamp (2a) must be replaced each time a transmission oil line is disconnected.
Introduce one end of the safety clamp (2a) into a cutout (2b) on the connector (2).
Push retaining clamp (2a) in the direction of the arrow until the retaining clamp (2a) clicks into place in the connector (2).

Attach oil line (1) to connector (2)

The dust cap (3) must be replaced each time an oil line (1) is disconnected.
Push dust cap (3) onto oil line (1).
Insert oil line (1) straight into connector (2) until it can be felt and heard to engage.
Push dust cap (3) onto connector (2) until it engages and can turn freely.
If the dust cap (3) cannot be pushed over the connection, the oil line (1) is not fully engaged in the connector (2) or the securing clamp (2a) is overstretched.
