	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

1	Remove all detachable parts in repair area.
2	Unscrew bolts (4.1, 4.2) and remove striker (4)
3	Unscrew bolts (1.1, 1.2) and remove center front reinforcement (1)
4	Unscrew bolts (8.1, 8.2, 9.1, 9.2) and remove struts (8, 9)	On model 207 bolts (8.1 and 9.1) are located at the front of the front crossmember (5)
5	Unscrew bolts (5.1, 5.2) and remove supports (10, 11)
6	Unscrew bolts (2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2) and remove outer reinforcement (2, 3)
7	Unscrew bolts (6.1, 7.1) and remove front crossmember (5)	Tighten bolts (6.1, 7.1) with specified torque before installing headlamp.
7	Unscrew bolts (6.1, 7.1) and remove front crossmember (5)	Bolt, crossmember mount to absorber	*BA62.30-P-1002-02G
8	Unscrew bolts (6.2, 7.2) and remove absorber (6, 7)
9	Install in the reverse order
