	Remove/install
1	Remove rear door window frame lining.		AR72.12-P-0008SG
2	Remove roller sunblind at rear door.	Model 223 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 223 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)

3	Remove door trim in area of door lock.		AR72.12-P-1023SG
4	Remove sealing rail (2).
5	Remove rear door control unit (N69/3, N69/4).		AR72.29-P-1101S
6	Remove relay with bracket behind rear door speaker.
7	Release and disconnect electrical connectors (4) and expose electrical wiring harness (6).	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
8	Release and disconnect electrical connectors of electrical wiring harness (3).	The number of electrical connectors can vary depending on the equipment variant.
9	Expose electrical wiring harness (3).	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
10	Disconnect electrical wiring harness (7) from rear door, door drive system control unit (N69/24, N69/25) and expose. 11	Mark and disconnect electrical connectors (9) from hydraulic power window assembly valve unit (Y70/1, Y70/2).	Observe markings.
12	Remove nuts (11) of hydraulic power window assembly valve unit (Y70/1, Y70/2).
13	Remove expansion reservoir of hydraulic system from door module.		AR67.39-P-4404SG
14	Remove screws of door module (1).	Screw, door module to guard plate	*BA72.12-P-1021-01U
15	Remove door module (1) and in doing so guide electrical wiring harnesses (3, 6, 7, 8), cable (12) and expansion reservoir with hydraulic line (10) out of door module (1).	Check seal of door module (1) and seal in area of hydraulic power window assembly valve unit (Y70/1, Y70/2) for damage. A damaged seal must be replaced, otherwise water entry can occur.
		After removing door module (1), secure expansion reservoir against falling down.
16	Install in the reverse order.
