Remove/Install Expansion Reservoir Of Hydraulic System For Power Window On Rear Door - AR67.39-P-4404SG

	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove rear door trim.	Only install front door trim after bleeding the window lifter hydraulic system.	AR72.12-P-1011S
2	Release pressure in pressure reservoir for hydraulic power window assembly in front door.		AR67.39-P-0012-01SG
3	Loosen banjo bolt (4).	Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.
4	Remove screws (3).
5	Remove banjo bolt (4), remove hydraulic line (2), drain and collect oil from expansion reservoir (1).	Tighten banjo bolt (4) slightly by hand Replace seals of hydraulic line (2).
		Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.
6	Remove expansion reservoir (1).
7	Install in the reverse order.
8	Bleed window lifter hydraulic system.		AR67.39-P-0013-02SG
