	Remove/install
1	Remove secondary chain drive timing chains (8)		AR05.10-P-7614MNA
2	Remove belt pulley/vibration damper		AR03.30-P-1600MNA
3	Remove oil pump		AR18.10-P-6020MNA
4	Remove oil pump chain		AR18.10-P-2145MNA
5	Remove primary chain drive chain tensioner (4)	: Replace sealing ring.
		Chain tensioner at bottom to crankcase	*BA05.10-P-1001-01V
6	Remove the tensioning rail (5)		AR05.10-P-8130MNA
7	Remove slide rails (6, 7)		AR05.10-P-8482MNA
8	Remove primary chain drive timing chain (1) from gears (2, 3) and remove on crankshaft toothed chain drive	Ensure correct seating of the primary chain drive timing chain (1) on gears (2, 3) and on crankshaft toothed chain drive. This can cause engine damage otherwise.
9	Install in the reverse order
	Check
10	Check engine oil level; correct if necessary

		Engine 177 in model 205	AP18.00-P-1848U
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Carry out engine test run and check engine for leaktightness while it is running
