4	Remove line bracket (11) from spring link (2) and place to one side with lines connected.	Model 217, 222 with code M005 (Vehicles with 4MATIC/all-wheel drive) Do not kink, crush or stretch electric lines. Otherwise, the lines will be damaged and malfunctions will occur.
5	Remove nut (1) from spring link (2) on steering knuckle (3).	The ball head must be counterheld and an impact wrench/driver must not be used. Otherwise the ball head or steering knuckle (3) may be damaged.

		Press-in tool If problems are found on the elastomer bearing, ↓ replace elastomer bearing of spring link (2).	Fig 3
