2	Remove left and right drip rail (2)
3	Determine gap dimension (A) between front glass cover (5) and windshield (3) and note	Feeler gauge	Fig 1

	Risk of injury caused by slipping when inserting blade in the multicutter and byglass splinters when cutting out bonded windows	Always interrupt air supply or power supply before inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
5	Risk of injury caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Saw an approx. 5 to 10 mm wide strip off of seal on front edge of front glass cover (5)	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels. Observe cutting depth when sawing. Otherwise the paneling on the front roof frame can be damaged. Use commercially available oscillating saw with round sawing blade. 6	Remove roller sun blind motor on panoramic sliding roof		AR77.21-P-0490GQC
7	Remove panoramic sliding roof motor		AR77.21-P-6995GQC
8	Remove headliner		AR68.30-P-4300GQC
9	Remove left and right front roof rack mount (3)
10	Remove left and right mounting console (6)
11	Remove left and right mount for coat hook illumination (7)
12	Mask paint surfaces on roof paneling adjacent to panoramic roof frame (1) with solid adhesive tape	To prevent damaging paint surfaces when cutting out later.
13	Risk of injury from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows Punch pull-in device (8) through at front right corner of panoramic roof frame (1)	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses. As shown.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A

14	Cut out panoramic roof frame (1)	Model 292 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) except code 494 (US version) When cutting out, ensure that the cutting wire is guided along the left and right front grab handle mount (9). Otherwise the cutting wire can tear. Helper required. Set of shields	Fig 2
15	Remove panoramic roof frame (1) from body	Helper required.
	Install
16	Open driver door side window	To prevent panoramic roof frame (1) just bonded in, from being pressed out toward outside by air when closing the doors.
17	Prepare new panoramic roof frame (1) for installing window	Always replace panoramic roof frame (1).	AR77.21-P-0800-02GQC
17	Prepare new panoramic roof frame (1) for installing window	The bonding area must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Repair kit for installing windshields, 1-component adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A

23	Install left and right mounting console (6)
