Rear Drain Hose Removal/Installation

WARNING:
- Handling the air bag module improperly can accidentally operate (deploy) the air bag module, which may seriously injure you. Read the air bag system service warnings and cautions before handling the driver-side air bag module.
- Perform the headliner preparation. (See HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait for 1 min or more. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
- Remove the following parts:
- Front map light (See FRONT MAP LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
- Sun visor (See SUN VISOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Assist handle (See ASSIST HANDLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- A-pillar trim (See A-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
- Front seat belt lower anchor (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- B-pillar upper trim (See B-PILLAR UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear package tray (See REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

- Disconnect the rear drain hose from the sunroof unit.
- Spread hooks A in the directions of arrows (1), pull the rear drain hose in the direction of arrow (2), and remove it from hooks A.
- Move the rear drain hose in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and remove it from the grommet.
- Move the rear drain hose in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and remove it from the body panel.
- Detach the tabs of the grommet from the body panel using a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver.
- Remove the grommet.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
