Installation [10/2023 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE FILTER
Refer to INSPECTION [10/2017 - ]
- INSTALL HV BATTERY BRACKET LH WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL HV BATTERY BRACKET RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the HV battery bracket LH.
- INSTALL NO. 9 HV BATTERY SHIELD PANEL WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL HV BATTERY DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL HV BATTERY ASSEMBLY WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- Install the HV battery assembly with the 3 bolts and 2 nuts.
Torque: 20 N.m (204 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)
NOTE:- Do not allow foreign matter, such as grease or oil, to adhere to the bolts of the HV battery.
- To prevent the wire harness from being caught, make sure to bundle the wire harness using insulating tape or equivalent.
- Use cardboard or another similar material to protect the HV battery and vehicle body from damage.
- Since the HV battery is very heavy, 2 people are needed to remove it. When removing the HV battery, be careful not to damage the parts around it.
- When removing/installing/moving the HV battery, make sure not to tilt it more than 80°.
- If the HV battery has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- Install the HV battery assembly with the 3 bolts and 2 nuts.
- INSTALL NO. 2 SUB-BATTERY MULTI POWER BRACKET (w/ Advanced Drive)
- INSTALL HV BATTERY CHARGER WIRE (w/ Advanced Drive) WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL NO. 4 HV BATTERY EXHAUST DUCT WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- CONNECT FLOOR UNDER WIRE WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL NO. 10 HV BATTERY SHIELD PANEL WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL CENTER NO. 1 FLOOR TO BLACE EXTENSION
- CONNECT FLOOR WIRE WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL CENTER NO. 2 FLOOR TO BRACE EXTENSION
- INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH (for Power Seat)

- CONNECT FLOOR WIRE (w/ Advanced Drive)
- INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE
- Connect the each connector and install the No. 1 luggage room wire.

Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Relay Block B:
- Install the 2 bolts (C).
Bolt (C)
Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf)
- Install the 2 bolts (C).
- Relay Block A:
- Install the 2 bolts (A), bolt (B) and 2 nuts.
Bolt (A)
Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf)
Bolt (B)
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
Nut
Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf)
- Install the 2 bolts (A), bolt (B) and 2 nuts.
- w/ 100W Voltage Inverter:
- Connect the connector.
- Engage the clamp.
- w/ Air Suspension:
- Connect the each connector and install the No. 1 luggage room wire.
- INSTALL NO. 3 FLOOR WIRE (w/ Advanced Drive)
- Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Engage the 2 clamps
- Engage the 2 clamps and install the No. 3 floor wire to the vehicle body.
- Install the clip.
- Engage the 3 clamps and connect the No. 3 floor wire to the HV battery.
- Install the bolt.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Connect the connector.
- Install the 2 bolts.
- INSTALL MULTI POWER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (w/ Front LiDAR Sensor)

- INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER ASSEMBLY
- Install the battery carrier assembly to the luggage room panel with the 6 bolts.
Torque: 19.5 N.m (199 kgf/cm, 14 ft.lbf)
- Install the battery carrier assembly to the luggage room panel with the 6 bolts.
- INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER CATCH BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Install the battery carrier assembly to the luggage room panel with the 6 bolts.
Torque: 19.5 N.m (199 kgf/cm, 14 ft.lbf)
- Install the battery carrier assembly to the luggage room panel with the 6 bolts.
- INSTALL EARTH WIRE
- INSTALL AUXILIARY BATTERY
