Installation [11/2021 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL NO. 1 CONVERTER BRACKET NOTE:
When removing and reinstalling the converter bracket, do not place loads on the AMD bolt, connector, fins, or breather plug.
- Align the No. 1 converter bracket positioning hole with the DC/DC converter assembly positioning pin, and rotate in the direction shown in the illustration to align with the bolt hole.
*a Positioning Pin/Hole - Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration to install the No. 1 converter bracket.

Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)
- Align the No. 1 converter bracket positioning hole with the DC/DC converter assembly positioning pin, and rotate in the direction shown in the illustration to align with the bolt hole.

- INSTALL DC/DC CONVERTER ASSEMBLY W/BRACKET WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- CONNECT NO. 3 FLOOR WIRE WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- INSTALL DC/DC CONVERTER COOLING EXHAUST DUCT

- INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the auxiliary battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
