Preliminary Procedures Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (V) . Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Sedan)Headlamp Replacement (Coupe with HID)Headlamp Replacement (Coupe with Halogen) . Reposition the radiator with the A/C condenser from the upper tie bar. Refer to Radiator Replacement (LTG with M3L)Radiator Replacement (LTG with MYA)Radiator Replacement (LF4)Radiator Replacement (LGX without V03)Radiator Replacement (LGX with V03) . Remove the hood primary and secondary latch. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement (ATS-V) . Remove the front end inflatable restraint discriminating sensor. Refer to Airbag Front End Discriminating Sensor Replacement (Sedan) . Remove the front bumper fascia upper support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Upper Support Replacement . Remove the front fender front brace. Refer to Front Fender Front Brace Replacement .
1	Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt (Qty: 6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 11 N.m (97 lb in)
2	Front Compartment Front Panel Lower Bolt (Qty: 8) Tighten 11 N.m (97 lb in)
3	Front Compartment Front Panel Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors/harnesses as needed. Disconnect the hood latch cable from the tie bar. Transfer any parts as needed.
