Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan) Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe) .
1	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Procedure Disconnect the release cable from the hood primary latch. Disconnect the electrical connector. Adjust the hood as necessary. Refer to Hood Adjustment .

Tighten
22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Hood Primary and Secondary Latch

Procedure

Disconnect the release cable from the hood primary latch.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Adjust the hood as necessary. Refer to Hood Adjustment .
