Installing complete sliding/tilting sunroof

• In order to prevent groaning noses, secure all screws (1)  with the plastic washers (2)  prior to installation.

  • Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.

• Insert the sliding/tilting sunroof into the vehicle through the front passenger door and position with the assistance of a second person.
• Ensure that no cables are jammed during the installation.
• Screw in all screws along the line (1)  by several turns.
• Insert the special tool 2 354 941  and align the panorama glass roof (1)  with the roof.

• Tighten all the screws along the marked areas (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Slide/tilt sunroof frame to body
  M6	Tightening torque	5.4 Nm

• Connect all four water drain hoses (1)  (arrows).
• Connect the plug connections (3)  of the head airbags and clip in the associated cables.
• Connect the plug connections 2 of the engines and clip in the associated cables.
