Installing the intake plenum

• Replace seals (1).

• Position the intake plenum.
• Tighten the screws in order from (1) to (7).

Intake plenum to cylinder head
Observe tightening sequence.	Joining torque	5 Nm
	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Tighten down screws (8).

Intake plenum to rear/front support
BM6 x 25	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Lock the lock (2) and plug in the coolant return line.
• Lock the lock (1) and plug in the coolant feed line.
• Clip the wiring harness into the clamp (3).

• Clip in the wiring harness in the marked areas.
• Connect the connector (1) to the boost pressure sensor.

• Lock closure (2) and connect to the coolant pipe.
• Attach the tank vent line (1) in the signaled area.

• Clip in the cable (6) in the marked areas.
• Position the engine wiring harness and tighten with the screws (5).

Wiring harness to intake plenum
Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Position tank vent line (4).
• Tighten the screw (3) and clip in the tank ventilation line (4) in the marked area.

Tank vent line to intake plenum
TS5 x 16	Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Attach the engine ventilation line (2) to the intake plenum.
• Clip in the tank vent line (1) in the marked area.
