Installing the front end

• Carefully feed in and correctly position the front end.

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
• Tighten down screws (2)  .

  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Rear cross connection on wheel well carrier support
  M10x25 screw	tightening torque	56 Nm

• Install and lock the cooler module mount (1)  .
• Secure the cable bracket (1)  to the front end.

• Connect and lock the plug connector (1)  alongside the right-hand headlamp.

• Connect and lock the plug connectors (1)  for the headlamp and the hood latch.

  Support for bumper cover, front bottom, to holder
  Hexagon screw M8x60	Tightening torque	28 Nm

• Attach the Bowden cable for the hood locks (1)  in the Bowden cable bracket (2)  .

• Clip in the Bowden cable bracket (1)  into the body.
• Close the lid (2)  and engage with the retaining lugs (3)  .
